With prior experience in advertising and as the co-founder of a UX startup, Will had a broad professional experience before joining Bosch in 2019. As a UX Strategist, he supports clients on a variety topics spanning product desirability and commercial viability, as well as supporting the creation of internal UX trainings.

With prior work life as a workplace, experience and design strategist, Federica had professional experience in Shanghai, Milan, London and San Francisco before joining Bosch in 2021. As a Service Designer, Federica supports clients from diverse industries to define and drive digital transformation by applying a 360° design perspective. Her natural work habitat includes facilitating co-design processes, mapping journeys and services from front to back of house and ensuring that design solutions can achieve the most impact.
